Post Heller Litigation from Alan Gura
Alan Gura, the lead attorney of the Heller case, along with the Second Amendment Foundation are following up the Supreme Court win with another gun rights case. The key idea behind this is to take the offensive on the issue of incorporation (applying the Second Amendment to state and local jurisdictions). The legal team has put together a website for disseminating information as the case moves ahead.
