Obama’s nominee for Attorney General, Eric Holder, was involved in the midnight raid that sent Elian Gonzalez back to Cuba. Afterwards Holder said Gonzalez “was not taken at the point of a gun” and that the federal agents behaved “very sensitively”.

By the way, isn’t sending someone back to another country also known as “rendition”. Kind of like what the left has been bleating about under the Bush administration?
